The application consists of a number of written and visual materials, which you will need to submit (see list below).
Please spend the time getting the materials together as we won’t consider incomplete applications.
You will have to provide the following materials in English:

a. A project concept for a cross-media or multidisciplinary project rooted in an audiovisual element and at least two other art forms, that fully describes the structure and overall idea of the entire project. (3-5 pages, max 2.000 words or 9000 characters)
b. Artist’s Vision: if your Artist’s Vision is represented by a mood board or a project-book (few pages of a storyboard, a colour script, a series of drawings or photographs…) to include in this dossier; if your Artist’s Vision is represented by a video, please add the link in the relevant field available in this form.
c. Biographies and list of works of the artist and the producer. The list needs to include the following information: all previous works including the title, year, genre and role in the production.
d. Production Company Profile.
e. List of training courses and events in which the project has circulated already.
f. A written statement confirming that the applicants, if they were to be selected, will participate in the larp (live action role play) at the beginning of the workshop.

AN ARTIST‘S VISION A video describing the Artist‘s Vision, (max 3 minutes). It visually complements the written concept, and describes the project through images.

In the presence of a private video it will be possible to indicate its password on a dedicated field of the application form.
The video must be available to view online until December 2026.
